Minimum Setup Time: A minimum booking time of two (2) hours is required for all rentals. Events scheduled for less than two hours will still be subject to the two-hour minimum rental charge.

Payment Terms: $50 deposit required for rentals totaling $149 or less. $75 deposit required for rentals exceeding $150. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Discount Policy: 15% discount for 2 inflatables. 25% discount for 3 or more.

Tax: $7 tax per inflatable.

Travel Fees: 20–30 miles $50. 30+ miles $75.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits non-refundable. 48-hour cancellation will result in full charge.

Weather Clause: May reschedule or cancel for unsafe weather.

Supervision: Adult supervision required at all times.

Damage Responsibility: Customer responsible for any damage, theft, misuse, or vandalism.

Indemnification & Hold Harmless: Customer releases Rent-A-Bounce from any liability for injuries or damages before, during, or after use.

Governing Law: State of Tennessee.

Agreement & Electronic Signature

Payment Information:
A $50 deposit is required for rentals $149 and under.
A $75 deposit is required for rentals over $150.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and must be paid before your date is officially booked.
